The products on radhica.fi are sold by Radhica, Business ID: FI2729178-4. We sell products to majors in Finland and the EU. VAT is included in the product prices. We reserve the right to change prices and shipping costs.
Ordering and products
The products are ordered via https://radhica.fi through a shopping cart. All orders are confirmed via email notifying a customer the order price, shipping costs and ordered products. A customer accepts our terms and conditions upon ordering.
All Radhica's products are unique retro and vintage pieces and most often used. They are not new, although we stock only items that are in great condition. The tones of the products in product images may differ slightly in real life due to different screens of different devices. We seek to present the tones as real as possible.
We accept Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, PayPal, and pre-payment with a bank transfer.
Debit and credit cards
Debit and credit card payments are processed by PAYMILL.
You may pay with PayPal either with your PayPal account or with a debit or a credit card as a guest. In case of paying with a debit or a credit card the payment is processed by PayPal. For the payment you will be redirected to PayPal's website. After that you will be redirected back to radhica.fi in order to confirm your order.
Pre-payment with a bank transfer
You may also pay with a bank transfer. We will ship your order once the transfer has arrived to our bank account. The payments will be directed to IBAN: FI13 1765 3500 0248 20 Radhica, BIC: NDEAFIHH as per instructions of the order confirmation. Please fill in your order number in the payment's message box. We will hold the orders up to 3 weekdays. In case the order has not been paid until that it will be cancelled.
Delivery and returns
Delivery time and costs
We deliver all orders with Posti services. Delivery time to Finland is usually up to 4 weekdays and to other EU countries 4-8 weekdays. Deliveries to Finland are sent as small items and economy parcels. Smallest items will fit through your letter box. Bigger parcels you'll pick up from your nearest Posti after receiving a notice of arrival from them. Deliveries to other EU countries are sent as priority parcels.
Shipping costs for clothing orders to Finland are 4,90€ for orders under 50€. Orders over 50€ are delivered free of charge.
Shipping costs to other EU countries are 15€ for orders under 100€. Orders over 100€ are delivered free of charge.
Shipping costs for small accessories up to 100 grams are 1,90€.
Returns and exchanges
A customer has a right to return or exchange their order within 14 days of receiving it. Only unused products that have their original labels attached may be returned. A customer will be in charge of the return shipping costs.
How do I return my order?
If you wish to return or exchange your order, you must notify us via email at email@example.com within 14 days, or the following business day, of receiving your order. You must return the items within 14 days of your return notification.
We don't accept returns with late notifications or sent after the 14 day period as defined above. Once your return has been received and approved we will return the total to your bank account within 3 business days.
Please attach these to your return notification email:
Order confirmation number, your name, address, phone number, and bank account number.

Faulty and lost products
In case your order has been lost during the delivery, it is faulty or wrong, a customer must notify us immediately. In case of faulty items the notification must be sent within 14 days of receiving the order. In case of lost delivery, a customer must file a complaint to Posti immediately.

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions. Upon ordering a customer must familiarize themselves with the current terms and conditions. We manage customer information confidentially and will never give them to third parties.
